Faced with the urgency as well as the people's desire to remove the "T" in the land use right certificate, Chuyen My commune has organized the 30-day campaign to review and remove free "T" data on land use right certificates for people (period from July 15 to August 15, 2026, which may be extended if not completed).
To create favorable conditions for people, the commune has deployed a review, publicly announced and listed the list of households that will have their "T" removed at village cultural houses.
At the same time, the commune also established working groups to directly go to village cultural houses to propagate, guide, receive dossiers and answer questions in the implementation process.
After nearly two weeks of implementation, the whole commune has reviewed more than 1,300 land use right certificates, guiding cases with certificates still having "T" data to complete dossiers.

By July 27, 51 certificates had completed the correction and were handed over to the people.
Receiving land use right certificates with "T" data erased, many people expressed joy and excitement when the long-standing obstacles were resolved.
The deletion of "T" data on land use right certificates by local authorities aims to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of land users, creating favorable conditions when carrying out civil transactions such as transfer, donation, inheritance, mortgage of land use rights and related procedures according to the provisions of law.
