On June 23, the Management Board of Khanh Hoa Economic and Industrial Zones said that it had approved the adjustment of the Investment Registration Certificate of Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Factory Project, allowing Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Co., Ltd. to implement Phase 2 of the project.
According to the adjusted content, Phase 2 has a total additional investment of 657.5 billion VND.
After completing the expansion phase, the total investment capital of the entire project reached more than 1,176 billion VND, equivalent to more than 46 million USD.
Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Factory project invested by Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Co., Ltd. - a member of Südwolle Group (German Federal Republic) - in Du Long Industrial Park.

Südwolle Group is a corporation operating in the field of producing finely brushed yarn from pure sheep wool and mixed sheep wool, supplying raw materials for many international fashion brands.
Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Factory Phase 1 was inaugurated and put into operation in 2025 with a total investment of more than 21 million USD, with a capacity of about 1,450 tons of products per year.
The factory is invested in a modern dyeing line, applying Pulsar dyeing technology according to the standards of Südwolle Group in Europe.
Along with that, the application of energy-saving and resource-saving technologies helps improve production efficiency, meeting the requirements for sustainable development in the textile and garment industry.
According to the 4th adjusted Investment Registration Certificate, the enterprise is approved to implement Phase 2 to meet the increasing demand of the domestic and international markets for wool yarn products.
After completing the expansion, the total project capacity is expected to reach about 4,000 tons of products per year. New investment items include building an additional yarn factory and a system of machinery and equipment imported from countries such as Italy, France, USA, Germany, Switzerland and China.
The project expansion is expected to help improve production capacity, increase the factory's competitiveness, and gradually complete the integrated supply chain of Südwolle Group in Vietnam.
It is expected that Phase 2 of the factory will recruit an additional 140 workers, bringing the total number of jobs in both phases to about 300 workers.
According to the plan, Phase 2 will complete construction, installation of machinery and equipment and acceptance for operation in June 2027.
