Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy and also approving the investor for the Wood Pellets and Forest Product Processing Factory Project in Vang Danh ward, Quang Ninh province.
The investor implementing the project is B&B Quang Ninh Green Energy Joint Stock Company.
According to the decision, the project aims to build and operate a factory producing wood pellets, processing forest products, planted forest timber and utilizing planted forest timber by-products, serving domestic consumption and export.
The project has a scale of 26,896m2.
The total investment capital of the project is about 324.75 billion VND. Of which, the investor's contributed capital is about 100 billion VND, accounting for 30.8% of the total investment capital; mobilized capital is about 224.75 billion VND, accounting for 69.2%.
The operating term of the project is 50 years, calculated from the date the investor is granted a land allocation decision or a land lease decision.
