Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction has just announced information about the commercial housing project in Da Giang village, Dong Hung commune, Hung Yen province invested by Thanh Dat Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the project is implemented on a land area with a total area of 45,247m2, which has been approved for planning, including items: green land, park 4,430.3m2; planned residential land 20,943m2; commercial and service land 888m2; traffic land 16,416m2; technical infrastructure and water treatment land 2,570m2. The expected population size is about 945 people.
Regarding the scale of housing, the investor built rough, completed the exterior of 70 houses; and at the same time transferred 119 residential land plots for individuals to build themselves, including 113 adjacent house plots and 6 villa house plots.
The product consumption plan includes the transfer of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land for 70 adjacent houses built by the investor; transfer of land use rights for individuals to build themselves for the remaining 119 land plots.
The project implementation progress is to complete the technical infrastructure project within 24 months from the date of land allocation on the ground.
