Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just announced information about the project to invest in the construction of a social housing area serving workers and laborers in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (zone 2 - Hoanh Quan village area) for investors to register to participate in the project according to regulations.
According to the announcement, the project is being implemented in Thai Thuy commune, Hung Yen province, with the goal of contributing to completing the target of the Project to build 1 million social housing apartments approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023.
At the same time, the project aims to implement the Housing Development Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030 and the Project "Social Housing Development for the period 2021-2030 in Thai Binh province (old)" approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2526/QD-UBND dated November 14, 2023.
The project aims to form a synchronous social housing area in terms of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, meeting the housing needs of workers, laborers and experts working at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park.

According to the plan, the total land area for project implementation is 68,992.99 m2. In which, social housing items are built and completed in the form of apartments in 2 land plots with symbols OXH2 (area 20,674.27 m2) and OXH3 (area 11,650.27 m2), with a scale of 9 floors, the expected construction density for the entire land plot is about 60%.
Items include social housing blocks, auxiliary works, parking lots and technical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards and synchronous connection with surrounding infrastructure.
In addition, the project arranges a low-rise commercial housing area on an area of 7,914.27 m2, including 66 adjacent houses, roughly built, exterior completed, 5 floors high, construction density of about 90%.
The estimated total investment of the project is 1,595,000,000,000 VND, determined according to the investment capital rate announced by the Ministry of Construction and equivalent projects in the province, excluding land use fees.
