Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on announcing information about the Social Housing Area Project in An Chieu neighborhood, Pho Hien ward (belonging to the old Lien Phuong commune), to invite investors to register to participate in the project.
According to the Decision, the project is named the Social Housing Area Project in An Chieu neighborhood, Pho Hien ward.
The project's objective is to implement the Housing Development Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030, contributing to completing the target of the Project to build 1 million apartments approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023.
At the same time, the project concretizes the Detailed Construction Plan at a scale of 1/500 for the new residential area of Lien Phuong commune (now Pho Hien ward) and forms a synchronous social housing area in terms of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, serving the housing needs of workers, laborers and beneficiaries of social housing support policies according to regulations.

According to the plan, the total land area for project implementation is 23,010.5 m2, of which the land area for social housing construction is 6,555.13 m2; low-rise commercial residential land 2,500,000 m2; green land, technical infrastructure 5,326.18 m2; traffic land 8,629.19 m2.
Regarding housing scale, the project builds social housing in the form of apartments on 4 land plots with symbols T01, T02, T03 and T04, with a total scale of 15 floors. In which, the 1st and 2nd floors are arranged for parking; from the 3rd to the 15th floors are arranged for apartments. Construction density is expected to be about 28.5%.
In addition, the low-rise commercial housing area has a total land area of 2,500 m2, including 37 semi-detached houses built roughly, completed exterior, 5 floors high, construction density of about 90%.
The estimated total investment of the project (excluding land use fees) is 1,243,771,000,000 VND. The project implementation progress is 2 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee signed the land allocation decision.
