At the end of August, Novaland, together with the contractor consortium North International Group (NIG) and Bsquare, organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of more than 500 low-rise houses in the Phoenix North sub-area of Phoenix Island, Aqua City.
The continuous start of new bidding packages at Aqua City shows that many resources are being mobilized, with the increasing participation of domestic and international contractor partners. This is also the basis for Novaland to accelerate the progress of completing the key urban area according to the plan.
Notably, the event also had the participation of Mr. Jiang Hui - Chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export, Metals, Minerals and Chemicals and nearly 30 representatives of large corporations and enterprises in the fields of construction, architecture, and interior design of China such as Tianjin Housing Group, Shenzhen Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.... The presence of the business community at the groundbreaking ceremony shows the increasing interest of the network of partners, contractors, suppliers and international enterprises in the process of deploying and completing Aqua City.

Participating in the deployment of items at Aqua City is also an opportunity for NIG and Bsquare to promote construction capacity, affirming the Group's prestige in large-scale projects of reputable investors in the Vietnamese market.

Efforts every day, together with partners to bring Aqua City to the finish line
Sharing at the event, Mr. Cao Tran Duy Nam - Deputy General Director of Novaland Group - said that Aqua City is a project that Novaland has put a lot of heart into investing and developing. On a scale of 1,000 hectares, with 32km of riverine surrounding and 70% of the area planned for green space, infrastructure and amenities, Aqua City is oriented to become a livable riverside eco-urban area, a large-scale entertainment destination of the region, and contribute to the formation of a modern and dynamic urban appearance of Dong Nai.
Aqua City has a lively, vibrant appearance as today is the result of the process of removing legal obstacles with the attention and support of the Government, along with Novaland's daily efforts and the companionship and trust of financial institutions, contractor partners and customers. On that basis, Novaland continues to mobilize and focus resources, accelerate construction progress, put Aqua City into effective operation and fulfill commitments to customers.

Previously, on August 18, Novaland organized the program "Aqua City Total completion - Building a symbolic city", with the participation of financial partners, banks and strategic contractors. Financial institutions have committed to sponsor more than 20,000 billion VND to serve the goal of completing Aqua City in the 2026-2027 period. In parallel, contractor partners also committed to accompany Novaland in its determination to bring the project to completion.
Currently, many sub-areas at Aqua City such as River Park 1-2, Ever Green 2-3, Sun Harbor 1-3 and areas belonging to Phoenix Island are being deployed simultaneously. On the entire construction site, about 4,000 engineers and workers are working at many construction fronts.
To date, Novaland has handed over about 1,300 townhouses and villas to customers, many families have moved in, new amenities are continuously put into operation, gradually forming a modern residential community.
As resources are unlocked and investment and construction activities gradually accelerate, the vitality of Aqua City is also spreading more widely to the community and the area. From construction activities, jobs, supply of materials and services to the formation of a community of residents, the development of Aqua City is expected to create more momentum for economic activities, contributing to the urbanization process and socio-economic development.
