At the conference, Mr. Tran Van Son - Vice Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee reported on the development of a plan and implementation of a plan to organize coercion against cases of intentionally failing to comply with the handover of land according to regulations.
Mr. Duong Duc Hien - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board also provided specific information on the compensation and support payment for households whose land is recovered; and proposed solutions to accelerate the dismantling progress of the remaining 116 households, striving to complete before June 30.

Mr. Tuong requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, the Commune Police and the Party committees and authorities of the villages to continue to promote propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion for 11 households that have not handed over the land in order to create consensus and minimize the need to organize coercion.
For more than 100 households that have handed over land but have not dismantled the works, functional sectors need to focus on supporting people to move assets and organize dismantling to be completed before June 26.
For the Dong Phuong Yen market and Got market areas, the Commune Police and the Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board are assigned to coordinate in maintaining urban order, not allowing market meetings to arise within the GPMB area.
