Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee said that currently in the villages along National Highway 6 passing through the commune, the atmosphere of construction and demolition of works within the scope of site clearance is taking place urgently.
This shows the high determination of the Party Committee and local authorities in completing the task of site clearance to serve the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section according to the assigned schedule.
Specifically, on June 13, in Phu Yen village, the construction unit mobilized manpower along with 4 excavators and bulldozers to organize the demolition of houses and architectural works immediately after households and individuals completed the handover of the site.
Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Sy and representatives of the construction unit directly directed the dismantling work to ensure quick clean site clearance, serving the construction of the National Highway 6 renovation and upgrade project, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.

At many locations that have been handed over in Doi 1, Doi 2, Pho Got, Thanh Tri villages..., with the support of machinery, households and functional forces continue to focus on dismantling and collecting materials, ensuring that the site is handed over to the construction unit in a timely manner.
The spirit of urgent and drastic work shows the high determination of the Party Committee and local authorities in completing the site clearance task according to the assigned schedule.
Over the past time, the Party Committee and government of Phu Nghia commune have focused on leading and drastically directing site clearance work; at the same time, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system in propaganda, mobilization, dialogue, and answering people's petitions and fully implementing compensation, support, and resettlement regimes and policies in accordance with the law.
Thanks to the consensus and support of the majority of people, up to now, the whole commune has handed over over over 98% of the total recovered area for project implementation. As of 10:00 AM on June 13, 2026, the whole commune still has 36 land plots out of a total of 1,366 land plots of households and individuals within the land clearance area that have not signed handover minutes.
Meanwhile, the time from now until June 30, 2026 - the milestone to complete all site clearance work in the commune according to the city's direction - is not much left.
Therefore, along with focusing on dismantling the projects that have been handed over, Phu Nghia commune is continuing to promote propaganda and mobilize the remaining households to comply with the State's land acquisition policy, and soon hand over the site to ensure the overall progress of the project.
For cases that have been propagated, mobilized, and dialogued many times but still intentionally do not comply, Phu Nghia commune plans to organize land recovery coercion in accordance with the order and procedures of the law from June 25, 2026. This is the final solution to ensure the strictness of the law, and at the same time complete the site clearance task before June 30, 2026 according to the city's direction.
With the high political determination of the entire political system and the consensus of the People, Phu Nghia commune is striving every day to complete the site clearance of the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, creating conditions for the project to be completed on schedule, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, building an increasingly civilized and modern homeland.
