Assets, location, quantity, quality, starting price of auctioned assets: The total number of land plots put up for auction includes 6 land plots; the total area of subdivided lots for auction is 769.1m2; the total starting price for auction is 6,460,228,000 VND.
In which, the auction of residential land plots in Dong Gia area, Ha Xa village, with a total subdivided area of 460.1m2; including 4 land plots.
Cua Lang area, Vai Moi village has a total subdivided area of 309.0m2; including 2 land plots.
The price step applied to all land plots is 100,000 VND/1m2.
Auction in the form of secret ballot, direct voting, one round at the auction session, publicly announced immediately after the voting time ends.
The criteria for selecting property auction organizations must ensure the criteria in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction dated November 17, 2016; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction dated June 27, 2024; and Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BTP dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice.
