The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board under the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune has just issued a notice on the selection of an asset auction organization to conduct an auction of residential land use rights for 8 land plots in the commune.
Accordingly, the land plots put up for auction include: 4 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village and 4 land plots in Cua Chua area, Cao Mat Ha village, Binh Minh commune (former Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city).
The selection of property auction practice organizations is carried out on the basis of fully complying with the provisions of the 2016 Property Auction Law (amended and supplemented in 2024), the 2024 Land Law and decrees and circulars guiding implementation; and based on the decisions approving auction plans of competent authorities.
The notice clearly states the evaluation and scoring criteria for organizations registering to participate, focusing on key content groups such as facilities, equipment must have stable headquarters, convenient locations for selling and receiving dossiers, surveillance camera systems at headquarters and auction venues, stable operation of electronic information pages, infrastructure to serve online auctions and store dossiers according to regulations.
Auction organization plan: Auction form, price steps, number of auction rounds ensure feasibility, publicity, transparency; selling and receiving dossiers convenient for people; conditions and participants in accordance with legal regulations.
Capacity and experience: Number of auctioneers; operating time in the field of asset auction; professional experience of the head and team of auctioneers; results of auctions in the following year.
Through the selection of units with capacity, experience and feasible organizational plans, Binh Minh Commune People's Committee aims to organize public, transparent auctions in accordance with legal procedures; and at the same time promote the efficiency of the land fund, increase budget revenue, and create resources for investment in infrastructure construction and local socio-economic development.
