On January 26, Chuyen My Commune People's Committee said that the local government had just held a conference to listen to reports and deploy a plan to organize the enforcement of Decisions on administrative violations in the field of land and irrigation for the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Die Ha village) and the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen (Co Chau village).
In the case of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue's household (Die Ha village) committing violations of pouring soil for foundation with an area of 120m2, about 5m high within the protection scope of the Duy Tien River irrigation project.
Ms. Pham Thi Huyen's household (Co Chau village) violated the construction of a project with an area of 21.5m2 (brick walls, tiled roof) and brick walls with an area of 23.5m2 on public land managed by the Commune People's Committee.
At the conference, leaders of sectors and forces reported on the progress of the implementation of decisions and plans to organize reinforcements of the Commune People's Committee.
Accordingly, up to now, the preparation for organizing coercion has been basically completed, with the goal of ensuring thorough coercion, in accordance with regulations.
The time to organize coercion for 2 households was implemented in 1 day, January 28, 2026. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue's household (Die Ha village) was implemented from 7:30 am and coercion for Ms. Pham Thi Huyen's household (Co Chau village) was organized from 1:30 pm on January 28, 2026.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Vu Van Huu continued to assign specific tasks to agencies and units; arrange sufficient machinery, vehicles, and personnel to organize coercion sessions according to plan.
At the same time, assigning the propaganda team to continue to visit families to propagate and mobilize violating households to voluntarily clean up and dismantle violating works, restore the original state, in order to minimize economic damage and strictly comply with the provisions of law.
