Relevant departments and agencies apply information technology to simplify house purchase procedures, create maximum convenience for people and businesses, and at the same time improve efficiency and effectiveness in state management; strive to put the system into operation before January 25.
On the other hand, strictly implement the directions of the City People's Committee, promptly rectify and strengthen discipline and transparency in the process of appraisal, purchase - sale, lease, and lease-purchase of social housing.
