The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has just issued a decision approving the investment policy, and at the same time assigning Ha Long Production Development Investment Company Limited as the investor of the Social Housing Project in da giac 3, Hung Thang Urban Service Area, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The project has a total investment capital of VND 3,368 billion, classified as Group B under the Law on Public Investment 2024. The total land use area of the project is about 29,700 m2 (about 2.97 ha), of which the construction land area is 17,023.15 m2
The land has low-lying terrain, mostly old ponds and lakes, with many dusty trees, weeds and some areas with excess materials from leveling and demolishing works.
According to the approved plan, the project will have 3 apartment buildings with 30 floors (including 2 basements and technical attic), with a maximum construction height of 110m.
The product structure includes 2,577 apartments, including 2,035 social housing units (in buildings A and B) and 542 commercial housing units (in building T) for sale, rent-to-rental or lease-purchase.
Building T also has 15 commercial and service houses (shophouses). The project is expected to accommodate about 5,000 people.
When completed, the Social Housing Area in da giac 3 - Hung Thang Service Urban Area - is expected to contribute to solving the housing needs of workers, cadres, workers and civil servants in the area, while completing the social infrastructure of Bai Chay area, promoting the synchronous development of Hung Thang Service Urban Area - one of the key urban areas in the West of the old Ha Long City.
