After Da Nang City launched the 90-day Enrichment Campaign, cleaning up the land database, together with Hoa Vang Commune, Hai Van Ward has become one of the leading units, completing all tasks in just 21 days, shortening the plan by eight days. This is the result of the spirit of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", the mobilization of all the forces of the entire political system and the high consensus of local people.
Hai Van ward has 7,639 plots of land that need to be collected. To complete this huge amount of work in a short time, the ward has mobilized all cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the Party, government, organizations, residential groups, police forces, and more than 30 volunteer students of the Central College of Transport 5.
Three working groups were established to review, update and enter data, while the ward invested in additional supporting equipment and software to ensure data entry progress.

At the same time, propaganda work is promoted through radio stations, ward websites and social networks, helping people clearly understand the goals, meanings, rights and obligations when participating in the campaign. Each household is instructed to declare land use right certificates, citizen identification cards, and prepare forms 01 and 02 in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Tran Xuan Trung, Secretary and Head of Gian Bi Residential Group, said: "Our group is a difficult area, the farthest from the ward, with many households working in the fields all day, we still vecue many times to get data, ensuring that all land data of the people in Ta Lang group is updated".
Since October 23, after the residential groups sent the results, the Ward Steering Committee has gathered all human resources to conduct continuous data entry, including lunch and weekends. The three working groups both imported and reviewed households that lacked information, coordinated with the ward police to look up, compare and complete the documents. For 587 households without data, the ward will continue to establish 13 more working groups, racing on November 4-5 to review the score.

According to Mr. Tran Quang Vu, Head of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of Hai Van Ward, the biggest difficulty is that many plots of land lack information, some households work far away or rent, making it difficult to find owners. However, with the spirit of "resolving problems", the Steering Committee has closely followed reality, guided and promptly handled all situations.
By November 7, all 7,639/7,639 plots of land in the ward had been fully updated into the system, reaching 100% of the plan, completed 8 days ahead of the set target.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thuc Dung, Chairman of Hai Van Ward People's Committee shared: "The ward achieved the campaign target of 100%, this is the result of consensus and efforts from the government to each group and each household. Especially the positive consensus of the people. Thereby demonstrating the political determination of the locality, ensuring progress according to the set plan".
When land data is connected, local people and businesses will benefit directly from faster, more transparent and accurate public services - an important step in the process of digital transformation of Da Nang urban area.
