Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Vang commune - Le Phu Nguyen said that this achievement demonstrates the spirit of urgency and responsibility of the grassroots political system and affirms the determination to transform digitally in the field of land management.
Immediately after the People's Committee of Da Nang City launched the campaign, the People's Committee of Hoa Vang Commune quickly issued a decision to establish a Steering Committee, working groups and specific action plans. The whole commune mobilized 21 villages, established 21 working groups with more than 100 cadres, civil servants and organizations participating. Each team is clearly assigned the task of: collecting, entering data, authenticating and updating land data.
Propaganda work has been promoted through loudspeaker systems, mobile vehicles, social networks and village meetings. People are instructed to provide information, land documents, and citizen identification cards to update accurate data.
On October 14, Hoa Vang officially launched the campaign. After only 7 days, the working groups collected all 4,845 land information forms (Form 01), reaching 100% of the target. In parallel, the task force at the Commune People's Committee, including cadastral officers, information technology civil servants and commune police, works continuously to check, clean and update data daily.
As a result, by October 31, the commune had completed the import of data from 6,014 records, meeting and exceeding the set target, completing the campaign 75 days early. All data has been authenticated, cleaned, ensuring consistency with population information.
To achieve this impressive progress, Hoa Vang commune applied the "processing" model - collecting and entering data in parallel, while applying digital platforms such as group Zalo, electronic forms and standardized files to manage progress, limiting errors. The commune police support the authentication of residents and organizations to mobilize people to provide information, ensuring consistency throughout the entire process.
According to Chairman of Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee - Le Phu Nguyen, this result demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, discipline and creativity of the grassroots staff. Completing the land database helps localities better manage resources, shorten the time to handle administrative procedures and create a foundation for online public services in the future.
From the goal of "90 days" to "15 days", Hoa Vang has made a clear mark in digital transformation of the land sector, contributing to realizing the goal of "Da Nang City Digital Government" - transparency, efficiency and better service for people.
