On August 22, the Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee signed a decision on consolidating the Working Group directing the implementation of Inspection Conclusion No. 1595/KL-TTCP dated September 14, 2022 of the Government Inspector General.
Previously, the Government Inspectorate pointed out many violations in the approval and adjustment of construction planning and urban planning in Kon Tum City (old) which were still arbitrary and violated the Urban Planning Law.

According to the decision of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, the working group includes: The team leader is the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in charge of investment and construction of projects in the western Quang Ngai area (former Kon Tum). The deputy team leader is the Chief Inspector of the province and many other units and agencies are members.
The Working Group is responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee on overcoming limitations and shortcomings and organizing the implementation of Conclusion No. 1595/KL-TTCP.
The team proactively directs and removes difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the Inspection Conclusion or summarizes, reports, and seeks opinions from competent authorities if they exceed their authority.
