Although we have 900 million VND in savings and borrowed an additional 600 million from both families, we still do not have enough to buy a house" - Mr. Duc shared.

Although meeting basic needs for location and price, most of these apartments do not have pink books. "After nearly half a year of finding a house with a budget of about 1.5 billion VND and not being able to buy a house, my husband and I started looking to buy a mini apartment. Apartments like this are priced within the budget, live near the workplace but do not have a pink book. We can only buy by buying and selling documents. Knowing that there are potential risks, especially in fire prevention and fighting, but because his wife is about to have a second child, if renting an apartment with enough space for 5 people, it will cost over 10 million VND/month. After thinking twice, we had to take a risk to buy a mini apartment in Nam Tu Liem district for 1.6 billion VND," Mr. Duc shared.

Contacting the above phone number, we met a man named Duy Tuyen - who introduced himself as a project broker. After knowing that we were customers looking to buy a house, this person said that although the house had not been granted a pink book, it could only be bought and sold by making a document, but after a week of selling, half of the apartments had already been sold.
"My house has 2 types of apartments: 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, area from 35m2 - over 50m2, if you buy, the investor will make a contract to buy and sell the micro-ts with you. This apartment was only completed after Tet, has 30 apartments, and has now sold more than half of them. Because selling mini apartments is effective, this investor built 2 houses, 1 house inside the alley will be cheaper than the house on the street.
