Also in September 2024, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district (Hanoi) also plans to auction the use rights of 50 plots of land.
Accordingly, 30 plots in Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc commune) have an area of 85-162m2, starting price is 23.4 million VND/m2. 9 plots of land in Dong Phuom area (Tho Loc commune), area from 134-185 m2, starting price 19.8 million VND/m2. 11 plots in Huong Nam area (Xuan Dinh commune) with an area of more than 99-196 m2, starting price of 25 million VND/m2.
The auction is expected to take place on the afternoon of September 10, 2024.
According to information from Lac Viet Auction Partnership Company, on September 13, the unit will organize an auction of 43 plots of land in Thuong Tiet village, with an area of 92-183m2, starting price of 4.2 million VND/m2.
The land plots have an area of 92-183m2, with a starting price of just over 4.2 million VND/m2. Deposits range from more than 80-150 million VND/plot. The auction takes place in the form of 1 round of direct voting, auctioning for each plot of land, with up bidding method.
In addition, Lac Viet Auction Partnership Company also announced the auction of land use rights for 23 plots of land in Phuc Lam commune (My Duc district, Hanoi). The land plots have an area of 35-204m2/plot with a starting price of just over 4.9 million VND/m2.
The auction is expected to take place on September 20, 2024 at Phuc Lam Commune People's Committee Hall.
Thus, in the upcoming September, My Duc district will auction about 66 plots of land.
