National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 in coordination with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Kieu Phu commune will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 33 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the interspersed residential land use right auction area (XK2-CH and XK3-CH) in Can Huu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of the auctioned land is 3,799.7 m2, the land plots have an area from 98.0 m2 to 145.4 m2. The starting price is determined to be 8,016,000 VND/m2.
The auction is organized in the form of secret direct voting in many rounds for each land plot at the auction session, at least through two mandatory auction rounds; the auction method is to bid up.
The price step applied in the two mandatory auction rounds (round 1 and round 2) is 10,000,000 VND/m2, without limiting the number of price increases per bid. From the third auction round onwards, the price step is 2,000,000 VND/m2, also without limiting the number of price increases.
The time to sell and receive bid invitation documents is from 8:00 AM on January 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 5, 2026 (during office hours on working days), at the headquarters of Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 National.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on February 10, 2026 (Tuesday) at the Hall of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee (The Tru village, Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi City). Auction participants need to be present at the organizing location at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
