Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of residential land use rights in Ba Hoa 2 area, Phong Trieu village, Phu Xuyen commune and the auction area of land use rights in Van Diem commune (now Phu Xuyen commune), Hanoi city.
According to the announcement, the land plots put up for auction have an area from 73.79 to 180m2. The starting price is divided into two levels, of which 32 land plots in Ba Hoa 2 area have a starting price of 4,538,000 VND/m2, and 2 land plots in Van Diem area have a starting price of 12,053,000 VND/m2.
The auction is conducted according to the up-price method, in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, up to 3 rounds. Each auction round has a maximum writing and voting time of 10 minutes; the results are opened and publicly announced. The auction session operator will directly guide and publicize the contents recorded in the auction ticket.
The price step applies generally to all land plots put up for auction, in which in round 1, the price step is 15,000,000 VND/m2; from round 2 and round 3, the minimum price step is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
The time to sell and receive bid dossiers takes place from 8:00 AM on January 22, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026 at the Phu Xuyen Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on February 7, 2026 (Saturday) at the Hall of Phu Xuyen Commune Cultural House, Thao Chinh sub-area, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi city. Auction participants need to be present at least 30 minutes before the organization time to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
