Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 47 residential land plots in Cua Dien area, Phong My village, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi.
The land plots have a total area of 6,216.1m2, with starting prices from 16.42 million VND/m2 to 17.35 million VND/m2. The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method.
The price step applied in the first auction round is 5 million VND/m2. From the second round onwards, the price step is 1 million VND/m2.
Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees, the purpose of use is residential land with a stable and long-term term of use.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on May 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 24, 2026 during office hours. Participants can submit applications directly at the meeting room on the 1st floor of Trung Gia Commune People's Committee or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on June 27, 2026 at the hall of the People's Committee of Trung Gia commune, village 4, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi.
According to the organizing unit, auction participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations and clearly stating the content of the authorization. In the same auction session, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction and is not allowed to concurrently be an auction participant for the same land plot.
