Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of auctions for the right to use many land plots in Phung Nguyen and Lam Thao communes, expected to take place in June 2026.
According to the announcement, in Dong Buoi area, Phung Nguyen commune, the unit will organize an auction for the right to use 1 land plot coded LK2-15 with an area of 120m2.
The starting price offered is 8 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 960 million VND for the entire land plot. The deposit amount is 192 million VND, price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
The asset viewing period is from May 27-29, 2026. People who want to participate in the auction can buy dossiers and register from May 26 to the end of June 9, 2026. The price announcement session is expected to take place on the morning of June 12 at Phung Nguyen Commune People's Committee.
Also in this phase, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company announced the auction of 18 land plots in the area of the old Lam Thao District People's Committee headquarters, belonging to Lam Thao commune.
The auction form applied is indirect voting according to the upward bidding method. The asset viewing time takes place from May 27-29, 2026.
Customers register to participate in the auction from May 26 to June 10, 2026 and complete the deposit before 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026. The price announcement ceremony will be held on the morning of June 13 at the Hall of Lam Thao Commune People's Committee.
According to regulations, auction participants must be subject to land allocation by the State under the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions of the Law on Property Auction.
Notably, dossiers and bids will be sent by post to Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company. The receipt time is calculated according to the actual time the company receives dossiers, overdue submissions will not be accepted.
The organizing unit also reminded participants to prepare the original citizen identification card when attending the price announcement and to transfer the deposit money in accordance with regulations.
