My Hao Ward People's Committee (Hung Yen province) has established 2 working groups led by 2 Vice Chairmen of Ward People's Committee Nguyen The Thanh and Tran Van Tinh as Team Leaders, along with members who are leaders and specialists of departments and branches of the ward, to conduct actual inspections in some residential groups in the area.
The inspection content focuses on the fields of: land management, construction order; order of road corridors, sidewalks; environmental sanitation, urban aesthetics; agricultural production service and preparation for people's Tet tree planting.
At the inspection points, the heads of residential groups reported on the situation in all fields during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year holiday. Notably, in land management and construction order, most residential groups did not have illegal construction, and there was no situation of taking advantage of Tet holiday to level, dump soil, or build temporary works. However, in An Thap residential group, a case of building corrugated iron fences was discovered in the land area next to the people's cemetery.

Faced with the above reality, the leaders of the Ward People's Committee requested residential groups to continue to regularly grasp the situation, promptly detect, propagate, and mobilize cases of violations to voluntarily dismantle; and at the same time coordinate with specialized departments to advise on handling measures in accordance with regulations for cases of intentional violations.
In inspecting the Spring crop production, leaders of the Ward People's Committee met and grasped people's feedback, directed relevant units to focus on clearing the flow, ensuring irrigation water sources, creating favorable conditions for people to till the soil and sow in accordance with the crop season; and at the same time guided technical measures to improve production efficiency.
Regarding the field of traffic corridor order, environmental sanitation, urban aesthetics, after Tet, there is still a situation of accumulated waste, thrown in the wrong places. The Ward People's Committee requests residential groups to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to raise awareness of environmental sanitation; coordinate forces to strengthen patrols, reminders, handle violations, and at the same time increase the frequency of waste collection, especially on roads and canals in the area.
