Official Red Book has QR code from August 1, 2024
Tại Điều 14 Thông tư 10/2024/TT-BTNMT đã quy định về mã QR của Giấy chứng nhận như sau:
- Mã QR được in trên Giấy chứng nhận dùng để lưu trữ, hiển thị các thông tin chỉ tiết của Giấy chứng nhận và các thông tin để quản lý mã QR.
- Thông tin phản hồi từ mã QR có giá trị như thông tin trên Giấy chứng nhận, thống nhất với thông tin trong cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai hoặc thông tin ghi nhận trong hồ sơ địa chính đối với những nơi chưa xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai.
- Việc áp dụng cung cấp mã QR của Giấy chứng nhận phải bảo đảm yêu cầu kỹ thuật đối với mã hình QR code 2005 theo tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam TCVN 7322:2009 (ISO/IEC 18004:2006).
- Mã QR của Giấy chứng nhận phải được khởi tạo và in trên cùng một hệ thống phần mềm ứng dụng quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai tại địa phương và được tích hợp trên cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về đất đai.
- Kích thước mà hình của QR được in trên Giấy chứng nhận là 2,0 cm x 2,0 cm. Mã QR được thể hiện ở góc trên bên phải trang 1 của Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất đối với trường hợp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất được in lần đầu; đối với trường hợp có thay đổi thông tin sau khi cấp Giấy chứng nhận thì mã QR được thể hiện ở góc bên phải của cột “Nội dung thay đổi và cơ sở pháp lý" tại mục 6 trang 2 của Giấy chứng nhận.
Như vậy, theo quy định trên thì từ ngày 1.8.2024, red book will be printed with QR code at the top right corner of page 1, for the case of changing information of red book after issuance, the QR code will be printed at the right side of the column “Nội dung thay đổi và cơ sở pháp lý" at section 6 of page 2 of red book.
Bên cạnh đó, mã QR được in trên sổ đỏ có giá trị như thông tin in trên sổ giấy được dùng để lưu trữ, hiển thị các thông tin chỉ tiết của sổ đỏ và các thông tin để quản lý mã QR.
Regulations on the new red book model from August 1, 2024
Theo đó, the new red book/model from August 1, 2024 according to the Land Law 2024 will be implemented according to the model at Thông tư 10/2024/TT-BTNMT.
