On May 27, Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee organized the coercion of 4 construction works violating construction order on agricultural land in the area of lane 214/55 and lane 262 Nguyen Xien.
At the scene, Mr. Trinh Quoc Thang - Vice Chairman of Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee - and representatives of functional forces announced the decision to enforce and force the implementation of remedial measures for violating cases.
According to Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee, the first violating project belongs to Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc's household at No. 120, alley 214/55 Nguyen Xien. The project has the current status of a 2-story frame and column house, with iron trusses; the 1st floor is built with brick walls, the 2nd floor is surrounded by corrugated iron, and an inner wall is being built, with a corrugated iron roof, with an area of about 159.6m2.
The second project at alley 33/55/214 Nguyen Xien has not identified any individual or organization violating it. The current status is the reinforced concrete foundation on an area of about 60m2.
The third project at alley 57/55/214 Nguyen Xien has also not been identified as violating individuals or organizations. The project includes a frame of columns, iron trusses about 5m high, corrugated iron roof, corrugated iron wall, area of about 81m2.
The fourth project in alley 262 Nguyen Xien has not identified the violating entity. The project has columns, iron trusses about 8m high, corrugated iron roof, corrugated iron walls covering an area of about 110m2. Inside, there is a corrugated iron house building a reinforced concrete column frame, building brick walls and roofing the 1st floor.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Trinh Quoc Thang said that the coercion process was implemented publicly, in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring safety for people and property, and received the consensus of local people.
Representatives of Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee said that in the coming time, the locality will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision of the area, promptly detect and strictly handle new violations that arise.
At the same time, the ward will promote propaganda to raise awareness of complying with legal regulations on land and construction order, contributing to maintaining urban order in the area.
