Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just issued a notice on publicly listing the land recovery list for the project of Building traffic routes in the area approaching Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital 2, Central Children's Hospital 2, Quoc Oai district, now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi City.
According to the list that Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee publicly announced, there are 622 households subject to land recovery with a total area of 64,922.9m2.
In addition, there are 13,069.7m2 of public land, traffic land, irrigation land, and cemetery land serving the construction of traffic routes around these 2 hospitals.
Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital facility 2 and Central Children's Hospital facility 2 were inaugurated on August 19, 2025.
Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital facility 2 is invested with nearly 950 billion VND, built on a land area of nearly 60,000m2 with a construction area of more than 8,400m2. The project includes 6 above-ground floors, one technical floor and one attic floor, designed modernly, optimizing function and being environmentally friendly.
The hospital has a scale of 300 inpatient beds, capable of receiving about 1,000 visits per day. Here, the hospital organizes 11 clinical departments, 4 paraclinical departments and many functional rooms such as coordination, customer care, pharmacy, pharmaceutical warehouse, technical logistics... to simultaneously serve the needs of high-quality outpatient examination and long-term inpatient treatment.
The Central Children's Hospital facility 2 has a total investment of more than 880 billion VND, built on a 6-hectare land area with a construction area of about 7,530m2.
The project includes an administrative block, a paraclinical block, two 5-story inpatient treatment blocks, a basement and many synchronous technical infrastructures attached.
The hospital is arranged with 300 inpatient beds in a spacious and comfortable space, meeting the long-term care needs for pediatric patients and their families. The outpatient examination system with reception areas, examination rooms, and emergency rooms has been completed, ready to receive patients from the first day of operation.
