According to the People's Committee of Dak Nong province, as of August 13, total land use revenue in Dak Nong was nearly 260 billion VND, reaching 30.5% of the plan. Of which, provincial revenue is 72 billion VND, reaching 14.4%; District level revenue is nearly 188 billion VND, reaching 53.6%.
Of these, by the end of July 2024, there were 3/8 districts and cities with land use revenue below 50%, including Gia Nghia city, Dak Glong district and Dak Mil district.
Regarding land use revenue, Chairman of Dak Mil District People's Committee Le Van Hoang said that the locality is focusing on completing a partial project of local adjustment of Dak Mil urban general planning to 2030 and land use planning. land use.
When these plans are synchronized, new public lands will be cleared. The auction process of public lands will be promoted to increase revenue.
On the afternoon of August 25, talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen emphasized that for districts with less than 50% of revenue remaining, they must promote local planning adjustments to increase auctions.
In particular, the approach must be innovative and more proactive, based on the approved provincial planning list. Documents and procedures related to granting land use rights certificates, converting purposes... need to be shortened to be simpler and more convenient for people.
“Each locality is flexible and less rigid in the implementation process. As for land use revenue, during the implementation process, it must be exploited at the highest level.
