Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued decisions on approving compensation, support, and resettlement plans when the State recovers land to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Hanoi High-Tech Biotech Park in Thuong Cat ward.
Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee assigned the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to preside over and publicly post the decisions and plans attached at the Headquarters of Tay Tuu and Thuong Cat Ward People's Committees, the common living area of the residential area where the land is recovered and at the same time hand over to land users, property owners, and people with related rights and obligations.
Within 30 days from the date the decisions take effect, organize the payment of compensation and support money to land users and property owners.
In case of not receiving compensation or support or having a dispute, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 94 of the 2024 Land Law and relevant legal regulations.
Guiding land users to declare and deposit money into the State budget (for cases where financial obligations must be deducted) according to Clause 6, Article 94 of the 2024 Land Law and relevant legal regulations.
Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee assigned the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to preside over and coordinate with the State Treasury of Region I - Transaction Office No. 10 and Base Tax Department 9 of Hanoi City to monitor and summarize financial obligation deductions (if any) paid by land users to the State budget according to the plan approved by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
Land users and property owners shall receive compensation and support money and declare and deposit money into the State budget (if any) according to the plan approved by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; prepare land use right documents (original red book - if any) and hand them over to the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board immediately after receiving the land acquisition decision from the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee to serve the updating and adjustment of cadastral records and land databases.
