A citizen living at House D1, Ho Viet Xo Collective Housing, Tay Ket, Hong Ha Ward, Hanoi City reflected on the situation that Hong Ha Ward People's Committee is slow to handle administrative procedures related to family land records.
According to reports, people submitted applications for registration and issuance of land use right certificates and land-attached assets for the first time (application code H26. 118-250925-0044) on September 25, 2025 and were scheduled to receive results on October 27, 2025. However, as of December 26, 2025, this citizen has not yet received the results according to the appointment schedule.
Also according to the reflection, people have twice sent petitions on November 17, 2025 and November 24, 2025 through the IHanoi application to request consideration and handling. However, after more than a month, the reflected content is still in the "received" state and has not been resolved.
Citizens expressed their wish that the Hanoi City People's Committee would pay attention and direct the Hong Ha Ward People's Committee to soon consider and resolve the dossier for the family in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
Regarding this issue, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department - Hong Ha Ward People's Committee announced the results as follows: After receiving citizens' feedback, Hong Ha Ward People's Committee has received and directed professional departments to inspect and review dossiers requesting the issuance of Certificates of Land Use Rights and assets attached to land of citizens' families.
Currently, the citizen's dossier is being processed and resolved by the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Hong Ha ward.
Hong Ha Ward People's Committee has directed specialized departments to focus on handling and resolve the case of the family as soon as possible.
