Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Hoa Ward is coordinating with units to implement land recovery work to implement the East-West Expressway project.

Binh Hoa Ward People's Committee (HCMC) is coordinating with units to carry out site clearance for the East-West Expressway project passing through the ward.

According to Binh Hoa Ward People's Committee, the locality has issued a land acquisition plan to implement the project. At the same time, disseminate regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land for affected people.

Binh Hoa Ward People's Committee and related units have also disseminated to people the roadmap for implementing the steps of inventorying, determining the origin of land, developing compensation and support plans and arranging resettlement in accordance with the law.

Local authorities are continuing to listen to people's petitions and aspirations regarding compensation policies, unit prices, and resettlement support.

Binh Hoa Ward People's Committee said that in the process of project implementation, local authorities will continue to strengthen dialogue, listen to people's opinions, and promptly remove arising difficulties and obstacles. At the same time, report to competent authorities to create high consensus so that the project can be implemented on schedule.

The East-West axis road project (passing through Binh Hoa ward) was approved for investment policy by the old Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee from 2025. The project has a length of about 4.13 km. This project has a total estimated investment of about 2,772 billion VND. The project is expected to increase traffic connectivity in Binh Hoa ward, people can conveniently travel from Provincial Road 43 through National Highway 13.
