On July 18, Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee said that the ward is carrying out compensation, site clearance, and land recovery for the D11 road upgrade and expansion project.
The project has a total land area expected to be recovered of more than 8,207 m2, affecting 44 cases, including 2 organizations and 42 households and individuals.
The Dong Hoa Ward Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has directly worked with affected households to remove difficulties and obstacles in compensation and site clearance work.
Through the process of meeting, propaganda, mobilization and information about the project, 9/14 cases agreed to let the specialized unit conduct measurement and counting immediately on July 18.

According to Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee, so far, specialized sectors have measured and counted 39/44 cases affected by the project. For 5 cases that have not been agreed upon, the Compensation Council will continue to propagate, mobilize, and listen to people's opinions to remove obstacles and create consensus in the project implementation process.
It is known that the project to upgrade and expand road D11 is about 0.5 km long, but this is an important road contributing to connecting traffic infrastructure in Dong Hoa ward. Thereby completing traffic in Dong Hoa ward area, conveniently connecting with the new Mien Dong Bus Station. This project is invested with about 126 billion VND, of which compensation, support, resettlement and technical infrastructure relocation costs account for more than 100 billion VND. The project implementation time is expected from 2026 to 2028, invested by Di An Regional Project Management Board.
