The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued Decision 2304/QD-BNNMT on the announcement of administrative procedures in the field of land under the state management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The decision regulates fees and charges when providing information and land data as follows:
a) Fees for exploitation and use of land documents from the National Land Information System are implemented according to regulations on collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees for exploitation and use of land documents from the National Land Information System issued by the Ministry of Finance.
In case of exploitation and use of land documents not yet included in the National Land Information System, the fee for exploitation and use of land documents shall comply with the provisions of law on fees and charges.
b) The price of providing information services and land data from the National Land Information System is implemented according to regulations on product and service prices increasing the use of information from the database and the National Land Information System issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
c) Exemption and reduction of fees when exploiting and using land documents from the National Land Information System is implemented in accordance with the provisions of law on fees and charges.
In case of serving national defense, security, and disaster prevention and control purposes, they are exempted or reduced according to the provisions of law; exempted for ministries, branches and localities when connecting and sharing national land databases with other national databases, databases of ministries, branches and localities to share information and land data to serve the activities of state agencies and resolve administrative procedures, simplify administrative procedures for people and businesses according to the Government's regulations on management, connection and sharing digital data of state agencies.
d) According to the provisions of the Law on Fees and Charges and legal documents guiding the Law on Fees and Charges.
