The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued Decision 2304/QD-BNNMT on the announcement of administrative procedures in the field of land under the state management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
Requirements for conditions for individuals and organizations to request information and land data are stipulated as follows:
- For individuals and organizations, it is necessary to ensure regulations on information exploitation activities and data use purposes in accordance with the provisions of law.
- fulfill financial obligations (if any).
- Cases of not providing information and land data:
(1) Information and land data are state secrets according to the provisions of law.
(2) Information and land data that endanger the interests of the State, negatively affect national defense, security, international relations, social order and safety as prescribed by law.
(3) Information on land users and owners of assets attached to land without the consent of land users and owners of assets attached to land, except in cases of serving investigation activities, enforcement of civil judgments, verification of handling of violations of the law and serving state management work of competent authorities.
(4) Documents and forms requesting information and data are invalid according to regulations.
(5) Organizations and individuals requesting information and land data but not paying fees for exploitation and use of land documents or prices of products and services increasing the use of information from the database and the National Land Information System as prescribed.
