Pursuant to Article 59 of Decree 101/2024/ND-CP, the following forms of exploitation and use of land information and data are regulated:
1. Exploiting online on the National Land Information Portal, National Public Service Portal, Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Public Service Portal, through SMS texting service, through web service and API services; exploiting through utilities and applications to create products and added value from the national land database according to regulations.
2. Exploit directly at the headquarters of the land data provider or the Department of Receiving and Returning Results for handling administrative procedures.
3. Exploitation through other forms as prescribed by law.
Thus, in 2025, people can view information and land data in 3 ways:
Method 1: Exploit online
When the National Land Information System is completed (expected in 2025), people can view information and land data online through the portals:
- National Land Portal.
- National Public Service Portal.
- Public service portal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
- Provincial public service portal.
- SMS messaging service portal, web services and API.
- Utilities and applications from the national land database.
Method 2: Direct mining
People can go directly to the headquarters of the agencies providing land data or the Department of Receiving and Returning Results of Administrative Procedures to see information and data.
Accordingly, depending on the information and data that people can choose, the agency to provide land data. Currently, people can go to the Office/ Branch of the Land Registration Office, People's Committee at the commune/ward level, Notary Office... to check planning information, information to prevent transactions...
Method 3. Through other forms as prescribed
