Implementing the direction of the People's Committee of Cat Hai Special Zone on strengthening land management, construction order and handling of violating works on agricultural land, the household of Mr. Vu Van Q and the household of Mrs. Vu Thi Th in village 1 Viet Hai voluntarily dismantled illegal works on agricultural land.
Previously, through inspection, functional agencies determined that the works of the 2 households were built on agricultural land, not in accordance with the land use purpose according to the provisions of law. After being propagated, mobilized and guided, the households proactively organized the dismantling of the works.
The dismantling process is carried out under the supervision of the Cat Hai Special Economic Zone Department, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety and true status as required by functional agencies.
In the coming time, the People's Committee of Cat Hai Special Zone will continue to direct specialized agencies to strengthen propaganda, inspection and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law; and at the same time encourage organizations and individuals to voluntarily overcome violations when detected, contributing to maintaining discipline in land management and construction order, ensuring sustainable development in the area.
