Accordingly, Ms. Dang Thi T's household had acts of arbitrarily building works on agricultural land with a violating area of about 100m2 at land plot No. 371, map sheet No. 116 belonging to Ve field, Dong Cu village, Quynh An commune, Hung Yen province.
At the time of inspection, the project had been built with a foundation of scorched concrete bricks, walls built of red-tiled bricks 11cm thick, height from 1.5m to 3m.
After many times of being propagated, mobilized, and explained by departments, branches, unions, professional departments, and Dong Cu village about land law regulations, Ms. Dang Thi T realized the violation, voluntarily complied, and requested the Commune People's Committee to support the dismantling of the project to restore the original state of agricultural land.
At the dismantling ceremony, the People's Committee of Quynh An commune mobilized forces, vehicles and coordinated with functional forces to dismantle all violating works in accordance with regulations. The implementation process took place safely, in the correct order, ensuring security and order and receiving the consensus of households.
