Implementing the task of strengthening land management and construction order in the area, on the morning of June 25, An Phong Ward People's Committee organized a field inspection in some areas of the ward.
During the inspection, the Task Force discovered that Ms. Vu Thi Th's household (residing in Hoang Lau 1 residential group, Ma Kho area) had acts of occupying agricultural land that is not rice land within the administrative boundaries of the ward and the act of occupying agricultural land that is rice land within the administrative boundaries of the ward to build temporary shacks with dimensions of : 4.6x5.3x3 (m).
Immediately after detecting the violation, the Task Force proceeded to make a working record, propagate and explain the relevant legal regulations and requested the household owner to seriously comply, voluntarily dismantle and relocate the violating structure, and at the same time restore the original state of the land area according to regulations.
An Phong Ward People's Committee will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly detect and strictly handle cases of violations of land and construction order; and at the same time promote propaganda to raise people's awareness of law compliance, contributing to building a sustainable, civilized and planned locality.
