At Vinh Am Commune Cultural House, Vinh Am Commune People's Committee organized an auction session for land use rights for housing purposes according to Decision No. 679/QD-UBND dated June 4, 2026 of the Commune People's Committee approving the auction of residential land use rights for 38 land plots in Cao Minh 6 village. Land plots with a starting price of 600 million VND or more.
The auction was organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law, attracting the attention and participation of a large number of eligible customers. The organization was well prepared, ensuring security and order, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to participate in the auction.
The organization of land use right auctions not only contributes to effectively exploiting the local land fund, increasing revenue for the state budget, but also meets the housing needs of people, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development, and building Vinh Am commune to become increasingly developed.
