Pursuant to Point a, Clause 2, Article 14 of Decree 151/2025/ND-CP, the responsibilities of the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level are stipulated. Accordingly, the People's Committee at the commune level is responsible for implementing state management of the contents specified in the decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law as follows:
a) Participating in the development of land price lists according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 13 of Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP;
b) Arrange land funds in cemeteries according to the planning to relocate graves when reclaiming land as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 15 of Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP;
c) Perform the responsibilities specified in Clause 6, Article 9 and Clause 2, Article 20 of Decree No. 101/2024/ND-CP;
In addition, according to Clause 4, Article 13 of Decree 71/2024/ND-CP, the preparation for the development of the first land price list for promulgation and application from January 1, 2026 is regulated as follows:
- The Provincial People's Committee directs departments, branches, district People's Committees, Management Boards of high-tech parks and economic zones (if any) to develop land price lists.
Thus, the People's Committee at the commune level will participate in developing the 2026 land price list under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
