On July 3, in Vinh Long, the Vietnam Real Estate Association in coordination with the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute and the Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) organized the seminar "Vinh Long in a new development space: The driving force of urbanization and opportunities to create a new generation of living standards".
Attending the workshop were Standing Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Chinh and many experts and businesses exchanging views on growth drivers, urban planning, real estate market and urban operation models according to international standards.
Experts believe that Vinh Long has many advantages to become a new growth pole of the Mekong Delta region. Many opinions suggest combining modern planning with preserving cultural values, perfecting institutions and building new living standards for urban areas.
Speaking at the workshop, Standing Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Chinh affirmed that the locality is determined to develop a transparent, healthy and sustainable real estate market; prioritizing capable investors, projects are synchronously planned, harmonizing economic development, environmental protection, preserving cultural identity and improving people's quality of life.
Vinh Long wishes to accompany investors with long-term vision, financial capacity and management experience to create modern urban areas and living spaces, contributing to improving competitiveness and sustainable development in the coming time," Mr. Chinh added.
