Phu Cat Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has issued a notice on the dismantling of violating works causing traffic obstruction.
Accordingly, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee received a complaint from a citizen regarding Mr. D. D. M's household (residing in Yen Thai village, Dong Yen commune) for the act of building a wall about 3m long and 0.5m high across the traffic road in Cham Thap area, Yen Thai village, causing traffic obstruction.
Dong Yen Commune People's Committee (formerly) issued a Notice on requesting self-clearance of traffic obstruction violations with the content requesting Mr. D. D. M's household to voluntarily clear violations and restore the original state of the ground as before the violation. Completion time is before June 30, 2025 (before the operation of the 2-level local government model on July 1).
However, by March 3, 2026, Mr. D. D. M's household had not complied.
Regarding this content, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee requested Mr. D. D. M's household to urgently dismantle the violating construction causing traffic obstruction (transportation construction invested by the State according to Decision No. 1156/QD-UBND dated April 5, 2018 of Quoc Oai District People's Committee).
Assign the head of Yen Thai village to hand over this notice to Mr. D. D. M's household; preside over and coordinate with the Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Fatherland Front Work Committee and mass organizations in the village to propagate and mobilize Mr. D. D. M's household to voluntarily dismantle the violating construction causing traffic obstruction.
Assign the Economic Department to preside over and coordinate with the Commune Police to organize the demolition of the violating construction of Mr. D. D. M's household in case Mr. M's household does not voluntarily remedy it, completion time before March 6, 2026.
