Thien Loc Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just announced the dismantling of violating construction works and the relocation of assets and architectural works on agricultural land in Dai Do village, Vong La village, Sap Mai village, Thien Loc commune.
Accordingly, Thien Loc Commune People's Committee requests individuals and households currently having illegal construction works, assets, and architectural structures on agricultural land in the fields of Nam Tan area, Zone 2, Cau area and Ai 2 area of Dai Do village; Ho Sen area of Vong La village; Dong area, Sap Mai village, Thien Loc commune to urgently dismantle the works, move all assets and architectural structures out of the violating location, and restore the original state of the land.
Completion time before February 15, 2026.
After the above deadline, families and individuals who do not self-dismantle works or move assets or architectural works out of the area, the Commune People's Committee will prepare dossiers for handling according to the provisions of law.
Thien Loc Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department to coordinate with the Commune Police and the Party Committee of Dai Do village, Vong La village, and Sap Mai village to organize propaganda and mobilize households and individuals to implement the dismantling of works and relocate assets and architectural structures out of the area to ensure timeliness.
For cases of non-compliance, complete the dossiers and advise the Commune People's Committee to handle according to legal regulations. At the same time, request Dong Anh Power Company and Hanoi Clean Water Company No. 2 to stop electricity and water supply.
