Arsenal widens gap with Man City to 9 points

Arsenal won an important 2-0 victory over Everton in a tense match at the Emirates, thereby consolidating their advantage in the Premier League title race.

The highlight of the match was the outstanding performance of young talent Max Dowman, a player born in 2009 who came on as a substitute and left a strong mark.

Right after the opening whistle, Arsenal actively pushed up the squad and created many dangerous opportunities. The first notable situation originated from a quick corner kick when Declan Rice passed the ball to Noni Madueke to finish, but goalkeeper Jordan Pickford reacted excellently to save.

The turning point only appeared in the 89th minute. From Dowman's pass, Pickford handled clumsily, causing the ball to bounce right into Gyokeres' position for this striker to finish and open the score.

The drama did not stop there. In the 90+7 minute, Dowman accelerated and scored the winning goal for Arsenal. This goal helped him go down in history as the youngest player to score in the Premier League, at the age of 16 and 73 days.

This victory helps Arsenal take another important step on the journey to conquer the title, while Man City is gradually losing momentum in the decisive stage of the season.
