Mason Greenwood - Marseille
After a spell banned from Manchester United, Mason Greenwood joined Marseille for £25.6m in the summer of 2024. The striker adapted quickly, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists in 16 Ligue 1 appearances.
His brilliance helped Marseille maintain 2nd place in the rankings, still having a chance to compete for the championship with PSG.

Dominic Solanke - Tottenham
Tottenham bought Solanke for £55m plus add-ons from Bournemouth, hoping he could replace the legendary presence of Harry Kane. It was not an easy role, but Solanke has filled a void for Spurs.
In 17 Premier League games, Solanke scored 7 goals and 3 assists, in addition to 4 goals in cup competitions. His performances gave Spurs a solid option in attack. Unfortunately, many injuries in the defense meant that Tottenham did not get the positive results they expected.
Nikola Milenkovic - Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest have emerged as a contender for the Premier League top four this season, largely thanks to their solid defence, with Nikola Milenkovic the mainstay.
He was signed from Fiorentina for just £12m in the summer, but the Serbian centre-back has been a bargain for Forest, helping them maintain the second-best defensive record in the league (behind only Man City).

Milenkovic has played the full 90 minutes in almost every game since the start of the tournament, barring injury. His composure, outstanding physicality (he is 1.95m tall) and leadership ability make him an irreplaceable name in the Forest squad.
Noussair Mazraoui - Manchester United
Amid a disappointing season for Man United, Noussair Mazraoui has been a rare bright spot. The Moroccan defender has featured in all 20 Premier League games and six in other competitions.
His ability to balance defence and attack is vital to Ruben Amorim’s system, and despite a busy schedule, there is no one else who can fill Mazraoui’s shoes. He was a great signing for former manager Erik ten Hag, joining United for just £12.8m from Bayern Munich.

Michael Olise - Bayern Munich
Michael Olise arrived in Munich from Crystal Palace for £45 million. His surprisingly good combination with Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala has created a good effect. Thanks to that, the Bavarians own one of the best attacks in Europe.
In the Bundesliga alone, Bayern have scored 47 goals after 15 rounds, 10 more than the second-placed team. As for Olise, he has scored 9 goals and 9 assists after 23 matches in all competitions.
Mateo Retegui - Atalanta
Mateo Retegui joined Atalanta for £18.5 million. Although he did not attract much attention, his performance after that surprised many people. After 17 rounds in Serie A, the 25-year-old striker scored 12 goals and 3 assists.
Retegui has also been called up to the Italian national team and has been a regular under coach Spalletti. If he continues to maintain this form, it will only be a matter of time before he is recruited by top European clubs.
