Liverpool are currently leading the Premier League table, six points ahead of second-placed Arsenal, with one game in hand. The trip to Bournemouth is expected to be a difficult one as the Reds are going through a busy schedule.
The Cherries are unbeaten in their last 12 games in all competitions and have scored nine goals in wins over Newcastle and Nottingham Forest in their last two games.
Coach Andoni Iraola and his team have been in impressive form. They are currently 7th in the table, just 1 point behind top 4 Man City, and have not lost in the last 11 rounds.
Liverpool themselves also put in a solid performance despite losing to PSV Eindhoven in midweek. They were forced to rotate their squad, but the result did not affect their ticket to the Champions League round of 16.
With Arsenal hosting Man City at home on Sunday (February 2), a win for Liverpool would put huge pressure on the morale of both teams in the title race.
