On the same day, Indonesia will hold a press conference at 7:00 PM and practice at 7:30 PM at Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta, more than 50km from Bogor.
With this distance, reporters are almost unable to both closely follow the Vietnamese team and move to Jakarta to work with the home team.
Notably, the working time for the Vietnamese media at the training session was only 15 minutes, while the Indonesian media was arranged for 30 minutes. This arrangement significantly limited pre-match reporting, especially when the activities of the two teams took place not long apart.
On the Vietnamese team's side, August 1 is dedicated to recovering from the trip from Hanoi to Indonesia. The team only has one official training session left before the match against Indonesia, so coach Kim Sang-sik must balance between tactical requirements and the recovery ability of the players.
