At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of Military Region 4 announced and awarded decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of the Military Region decided: Transferring and appointing Colonel Tran Thanh Binh - Political Commissar of Engineer Brigade 414 to hold the position of Head of Political Department, General Staff of Military Region 4;
Transferring and appointing Colonel Nguyen Doan Hoan - Head of Politics Department, Military Region Staff to hold the position of Political Commissar of Engineer Brigade 414.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Military Region appointed Colonel Nguyen Doan Hoan to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Engineer Brigade 414.
