Coach Makoto Teguramori extended his contract with Hanoi FC until the end of the 2025-2026 season.

On the afternoon of July 10, Hanoi FC began gathering to prepare for the new 2025-2026 season. Coach Makoto Teguramori continues to accompany the players in the first training session.

On the same evening, the capital team officially announced the contract extension with the Japanese strategist. It is known that the contract term between the two sides will last until the end of the 2025-2026 season.

2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of Hanoi Club. Of course, the goal of this team is to conquer the V.League championship after 3 empty-handed seasons.

Coach Makoto Teguramori will take on the task of helping Hanoi FC overcome difficult challenges such as Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hanoi Police, The Cong Viettel or Thanh Hoa... to conquer the throne for the 7th time in history.

Currently, Hanoi FC has 3 foreign players including Hendrio, Daniel Passira and Luka Bobicanec. According to Lao Dong, the Hang Day home team has studied the profile of another player and this face promises to be present in the near future.

Previously, in V.League 2024-2025, Mr. Makoto Teguramori helped Hanoi FC finish as runner-up. If he did not stumble against Nam Dinh in the "6-point" match, the Japanese coach could well help this team win the championship.

Mr. Teguramori is a former coach of the Japan U23 team and helped the team win the 2016 U23 Asian Championship.
