In the first two matches of the 11th round of the 2025 HDBank national futsal championship, the competition between the top two teams, Thai Son Bac and Sahako, received significant attention.
Thai Son Bac entered the match as the second team in the group, while Sahako followed closely behind in third place. Both teams played a fierce attack from the first minutes, creating a balanced game with many dangerous situations.
It was not until the 11th minute that the deadlock was broken when Nhat Trung fired an accurate shot to put Sahako ahead. Just 3 minutes later, Nhat Trung himself continued to score a double to make room for Sahako.
Leading by 2 goals, the "3-legged sword" ( Sahako's nickname) played more confidently, while Thai Son Bac tried to push up the formation to find an equalizer but could not convert the opportunity into a goal in the rest of the first half.
Entering the second half, Thai Son Bac increased the pressure and paid off in the 29th minute when Ngoc Anh scored the goal to shorten the score to 1-2. The match became more dramatic when the 36th minute, Sy Linh brought the match back to the starting line with the finishing phase of equalizing 2-2. Just a minute later, the male person finished accurately set a 3-2 victory for Thai Son Bac, closing the emotional backward.
With this victory, Thai Son Bac got 28 points, temporarily surpassing Thai Son Nam to take the top spot.
However, Thai Son Nam HCMC still has a chance to reclaim the top spot when they only face the HCMC Youth team at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon (June 8). Then, at 6:00 p.m., there will be a match between Saigon Titans and Tan Hiep Hung HCMC.
